Churches working together sucessfully

Working with other churches is important. In Camberley we have a number of cross-church initiatives. These include Street Angels who walk the streets at night helping any who are in distress, who have had too much to drink or who require assistance getting home; Frontline is for debt and money advice: Amari is the Pregnancy Choices counselling service; Camberley Youth for Christ co-ordinates schools work and youth events across the churches in the area and Besom which provides material and practical support for the poorer friends and neighbours. This Sunday is a Besom Collection Day which means that at churches across the town church goers can take an item of food or an electrical item which is collected and distributed by Besom to those in need. It is worth it.
