Camberley Connections - the Anglican churches mission to the town

I am so impressed with the Anglican churches in Camberley - they have decided to do a mission across Camberley together. It starts next week. The way it is has been thought through by Mark Chester and his team at St Paul's church is genius. As churches this term they have worked through Bill Hybels book Walk Across the Room - an excellent help and challenge in terms of doing just that - walk across the room and talk to someone. The essence of the mission is not to have lots of big events to invite people to but to go to friends and neighbours and go to the places they go and have good conversations. The aim of the mission is not so much to have a mission event or week but to encourage and build missional people. Lets pray for God's blessing on the Anglican churches of Camberley.
