Good Sunday with Guy and Heather

Guy and Heather Miller are very likable. They are good company, easy spirited with a good sense of humour. They are also passionate for the gospel and passionate for the church. On Sunday morning Guy and Heather were with us at The Beacon. Heather spoke about her remarkable heart for the poor and her work amongst the prostitutes in Bournemouth. Guy spoke from 1 Corinthians about the church. It was very refreshing, strengthening and encouraging. Lunch was at the LS home where we were joined by the eldership team. After lunch we were joined by Malcolm Kayes  to crunch through some challenging issues of growth and leadership. In the evening we all went to The Coign Church Woking for a Commission Home Counties celebration with Guy and Heather. It was a great time with other churches in the region.
