There seem to be runners everywhere at the moment - day or night. With the running season truly upon us you see runners everywhere. Even Beverley, my wife, has caught the bug as she trains for Race for Life www.raceforlife.org with other church staff members. Last week Bev and I started running together which was fun.
I also feel I am running to keep up with all that God is doing in the church at the moment - the new building starting in 2 weeks, the £1.4m financial challenge, the most people on the current Joining the Family course, 40 signed up for the Freedom in Christ course www.ficm.org.uk and the afterglow of a brilliant Sunday with 4 baptisms and lots of guests. 12 more responded at the end to say they too wanted to be baptised. Whew! Keep up!
