Covid Day 6...

The only time I have been ill the last 3 years is when I had my Pfizer booster. I was bad for 3 days. I thought I had escaped Covid...until last week. I have come down with classic symptoms: temperature, headache, sore throat, tiredness, aching all over, runny nose, cough, loss of smell and taste and hot eyeballs (does anyone else get that?). Sound familiar? After years of testing and being happily one line negative, I now have 2 lines. Again. I am sad to have missed Sunday at church and to have missed the first gathering of the family for a long time. Today is Day 6 and I am feeling a bit better (I am sitting at my desk - a good sign). My nose is not runny, my throat is better, I feel I can get up and walk around. I am very behind in Christmas preparations but am confident all will be well for Christmas Day...
