Bill Johnson is the master of one-liners
We were in Harrogate with 2,000 leaders for the Bethel Conference - European Leaders Advance 2016. Heidi Baker was there, Randy Clarke, lots more and of course, Bill Johnson, who leads the highly successful Bethel Church in Redding, California. The sessions begin with the customary Bethel-style worship (together with the Bethel Dance Pastor!) then one of the impressive line-up of speakers. Bill Johnson is the main draw with his grandfatherly easy Californian style, laced with stories about Jesus and Bill's incomparable one-liners: "...God has your picture on His fridge...bow low serve well...If you knew who God wanted you to be, you wouldn't want to be anyone else...sacrifice is a step of inconvenience...fear of man cripples faith..." plus many more...
