We know it is good for us. We know it does us good - that we should get round to it. Sometimes we don't know where to start - we need a little help in reading The Bible. Some people find it easy to choose a book in The Bible and systematically work through it without help or reference. I find a New Testament book then a Old Testament book a good balanced diet (I have just finished Job and am reading Ephesians). Others need some more help or variety. There a lots of good resources for helping us have a regular diet of Bible reading:
ww.youversion.com - an online daily Bible reading plan
www.htb.org.uk\bioy is a Bible in One Year reading programme from Holy Trinity Brompton.
ucb.co.uk/word_for_today - online or a booklet sent to your home. I have been using this resource for 10 years.
Whatever your chosen method - it is good to read The Bible.
