Great day at the Olympics

I took the family to the London 2012 Olympics today. We watched the women's volleyball: China v Serbia and Japan v Algeria. It was great fun. The crowds, the atmosphere, the colours, the army of keen volunteers, the gathering of nations and the sport. The Olympic Park is impressive, as is the Westfields Shopping Centre next door which you cunningly have to walk through on return to catch the train home.
For those going to the Games from Camberley I found the train from Sunningdale to Waterloo to be the easiest and cheapest option, then Jubilee Line to Stratford. Easy.
On return I went straight to the leisure centre to swim - inspiring a generation, it must have worked!
