WWJD
In 1896 Charles Sheldon wrote a book that became a best seller. In His Steps. More than 30m people bought the book. It was about a group of fictitious friends from a small church in America who agreed together that for one year they would ask themselves, before making major decisions: What Would Jesus Do? There is a pastor, a singer, a teacher, a railway worker, a journalist, a businessman ... who all face challenging decisions in their daily working lives and in asking the question WWJD (and following through) find their lives and community changed forever.
If you can get hold of a copy it is a good read. You can also read it online:

Maybe not for a whole year, maybe even for just one week could you ask that question before a course of action - What Would Jesus Do?
Unfortunately the saying also became a business and a merchandising money spinner with all kinds of spoof spin-offs: What would Jesus Drive? What would Jesus Eat? What would Jesus Drink? What Would Jesus Wear etc.
The question is still a good one. Try it and see...
