Lost?

I keep think about Luke 15. Luke 15 is one of those disturbing and challenging chapters in the New Testament. Jesus is having a meal with tax collectors and sinners (which was disturbing enough for his hearers)and then uses 3 parables about lost things:
The Parable of the Lost Sheep
The Parable of the lost coin
The Parable of the Lost Son (also called the Prodigal Son)
Jesus seems to be challenging us that it is very important to go looking for lost people (those without God). The shepherd searches energetically for the lost sheep; the woman is single-minded in her search for the lost coin; Jesus himself says:
"I have come to seek that which was lost." Luke 19:10.
In the Parable of the Great Banquet in Luke 14:21 Jesus says:
"Go out to the roads and country lanes and make them come in". There is a sense in all these stories that Jesus uses of urgency, intentionality, desparation and destiny .
How intentional are we in seeking the lost? What sense of urgency do we carry?
