What a great Easter Sunday! The largest congregation in months; lots of visitors; a first class band with a first class sax player, good drama, good visuals, good DVD, a rock-chic song in the middle, a preacher who wasn't bad (!) then mini eggs for all. Brilliant.
But all for what? To remember the most amazing historical act and fact - Jesus Christ rising from the dead - and so doing demonstrating His divinity, His power and authority, conquering death and sin and Satan for all time and opening the way to the Father for us His children. What a Saviour!
