£102,000 !

£102,275 - that was the amount raised on Sunday morning at our Gift Day towards the new Beacon Centre. Amazing. More than I thought. I am so grateful to God and to God's people for their sacrifice and generosity. I am grateful and humbled.
The Gift Day was the climax of 24 - 24 hours of seeking God which was great. I particularly enjoyed time to linger with God. So much of our time is spent rushing from one thing to the next that an unhurried time before God was fantastic. We will have to do it again.
I am grateful to all those who lead sessions especially those who lead through the night and the small hours of the morning.
2 notable prophetic words came from Sarah about the new Centre being "...a honey pot for the lost ... and ... who will you take?". Encouraging and challenging. Peter brought a word about " .. It starts with the heart .." which was also challenging and encouraging.
I feel tired, euphoric, amazed and humbled.
