Time to Handover...

Afer leading Bridge Church Newbury for 11 years, I have decided it is time to handover the reins of leadership. This Sunday 21st June will be Handover Sunday. I will hand over to Tom Newbold. Tom has been the Assistant Pastor for 2 years and has done a brilliant job. Everything I have asked him to do he has done well. It is time. It is time for Tom and it is time for the church. I will remain on full-time staff with a new role as Associate Pastor. Tom is fully supported by his wife Emilia who herself is a very able preacher. I am very grateful to God for the privilege of leading this beautiful church and am reminded of the words in The Bible: "All that we have accomplished Lord, you have done."(Is 26:12)
