Book Review: Pep Guardiola The Evolution.

Pep Guardiola is the best football manager in the world. This book is a fascinating study into the man and his methods. Even if you don't really like football there is much to admire in this book. Apart from being a master football tactician and super diligent in the planning of every game, Pep is also really good at man management. The development of players is more important, he says, than winning a game. His love of football but more so his love of his players shines through. He tells them how much he loves them! Anyone interested in learning about leadership, the devepoment of others and motivation would find much to savour. And oh - there is a lot about Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Manchester City too!
