Stitches out

Good news and bad news. The good news is that today the stitches came out of my mouth following the difficult wisdom tooth extraction. The bad news is that my voice did not suddenly surge strongly back as I was expecting. Still weak and whispy.
The dentists said it would be 3 weeks before my mouth begins to feel normal and opens properly and a further 3 months for it to heal. This is due to the fact of having to remove some bone with the tooth in the upper jaw. It takes about 3 months for the bone to grow again to fill the hole - how cool is that - the bone grows back.
So I am glad to have the irritating strings removed from my mouth but sad that it is still so sore and it is going to take such a long time to recover fully.
Still taking the pain killers, lying down a lot, trying to be thankful.
Thank God for dentists.
Thank God for aneasthestic.
Thanks God for bone that grows back.
