What a great w\e. Tiring, but very worthwhile. 300 signed in for the Front Edge training day at The Coign Church Woking on Saturday. Adrian Holloway's session on Communicating with your Culture was particularly good. He has a great way of gently encouraging you in sharing your faith and inviting friends along to events.
On Sunday evening the pastors and evangelists met together to review the Sunday morning; 3,740 people in total attended the 20 guest services in the 20 churches in the region; 94 people responded to the gospel for the first time; many more recommitted their lives to Christ. There were many apparent healings too including a woman in Alton relieved of back pain and able to move her back in ways she was unable to before being prayed for; another woman after prayer was able to move her wrist pain- free after a road accident. We are waiting for verification of several other apparent healings including a woman healed of varicose veins after prayer. So many folk reported pain leaving them after prayer.
I am very grateful to the extensive Team who pulled together across the region in making the w\e such a success. Let's keep praying for those who came on Sunday especially those started out on the new journey with Jesus.
