Ready for Rishi or Liz to Lead...?

I asked my wife who she thought should be the new leader of the Conservative Party. "Whoever is trustworthy and reliable. I have no further comment", she said. This may reflect the sentiment of many of the disillusioned UK electorate presently. Integrity, a strong moral compass and telling the truth are certainly needed right now. My own reflections also include the following 3 questions: 1. Who can best lead and unite the Conservative Party right now (and who can deliver)? 2. Who can best lead the country right now (with the challenges of the economy, rising costs of living and a war in Europe)? 3. Who can best represent the UK on the global stage? (Trade, climate change, human rights, humanitarian aid) My own MP Laura Farris has made it clear who she supports...I wonder if she will be right?
