Mark & Beverley's sabbatical

We are off for 3 months. May, June and July Beverley and I are having a sabbatical. This means time to stop, step aside, breath, think, pray... It also means time to see the family. Like many people our family is spread across the globe. Distance and Covid has meant cancelled trips and cancelled plans. That will now change as we reconnect with children, grandchildren and other family members for unhurried precious time and memory building. We will go to Israel. We have never been and promised ourselves that "one day we will go." I have always wanted to sit by Lake Galilee with my Bible and imagine... Bridge Church Newbury is in fine hands with a strong, gifted team. I am quite sure the church will continue to flourish (although I hope they miss us!).
