Highlights of Commission Prayer March 22

Commission Prayer normally happens 3 times a year for 2 days. Due to Covid this has not happened for 2 years, so it was great to be in the same room together after such a long time. Welcome Church Woking hosted us in their fabulous building. This time round highlights included: hearing from the London churches and praying for them (marvellous story of a new building for the church in Stratford); hearing news from India was very sobering (especially the anti-conversion law) as was updates from Myanmar. Day 1 ended with news from churches in Ukraine and Poland...unimaginable suffering and courage. Day 2 included news of Commission Training, encouraging stories of lives transformed and a very good message from Guy Miller (filmed in his conservatory) on the 3 Rs from the book of Exodus (Rescue, Rules, Relationship) Such an encouraging time...
