Bridge Church and Covid April 2021

Easing of restrictions has begun. The long hibernation draws to a welcome end. We can begin to meet together again...almost. As a church we will continue to adhere to government guidelines, so from now until 17th May we will be able to meet outside in groups of 6. The plan for the summer is to meet in different ways: picnics, prayer, worship, small groups, zoom and altogether after 21st June. We can sing outside in groups of 6 but masks must still be worn inside until then. Over the summer we will have a break from Bridge Online. We will be meeting physically, sometimes at Newbury Methodist Church. From Sunday September 5th we plan to resume regular Sunday morning meetings. They may look and feel different. Small Groups and other church meetings may have a hybrid feel - some physical, some digital. We have learnt a lot. Some people actually like zoom meetings! Let's be full of grace for each other, patient and kind towards those who might be more cautious and respectful of those who may not want a hug just yet...
