Help, I think I'm depressed...part 1

Hardly a day goes past without depression being in the news or the latest celebrity telling of their struggle with depression. The Daily Telegraph today has another article, particularly relating to women and depression:

This is a good thing. Depression, we are told, effects 1 in 8 of the population at any time and 1 in 4 of us will suffer depression at some point in our lives. Admitting it and talking about it is healthy. There is no shame in suffering from depression or talking about it - in fact it helps. Sometimes this is harder for Christians who can suffer the added burden of guilt from feeling depressed. The doctor and blogger Adrian Warnock has some very good advice on mental health.
